### GitHub Code Search
Search GitHub code across millions of repositories using grep.app. Find implementations, patterns, and examples from public codebases.
**Usage:**
```bash
bun run skills/github-code-search/scripts/search.ts "query" [--lang=TypeScript] [--repo=owner/repo] [--limit=10] [--regexp]
```
**Examples:**
```bash
# Find "use cache" implementations
bun run skills/github-code-search/scripts/search.ts "use cache" --lang=TypeScript --limit=5
# Search a specific repo
bun run skills/github-code-search/scripts/search.ts "cacheLife" --repo=vercel/next.js
```
**When to use:**
- Find implementations of specific patterns
- Search for API/library usage examples
- Research best practices across popular repositories
- Find code snippets matching regex patterns
---
### Next.js PPR & Caching Reviewer
Automatically reviews Next.js App Router code for optimal Partial Prerendering (PPR), caching strategy, Suspense boundaries, and React Query integration.
**Triggers automatically when:**
- Creating pull requests with Next.js components
- Implementing data-fetching features
- Adding or modifying Suspense boundaries
- Implementing caching strategies
**What it checks:**
- `'use cache'` and `'use cache: private'` directive usage
- `cacheLife()` and `cacheTag()` configuration
- Suspense boundary placement (deep vs shallow)
- Auth/data fetching separation patterns
- React Query SSR integration
- Build output verification (◐ vs ○ vs ƒ)
**Requires:** Next.js 16+ with `cacheComponents: true`
---
### X/Twitter Changelog Post Writer
A command that helps write polished X/Twitter changelog posts following best practices for developer marketing.
**Usage:**
```bash
/jp:x-changelog <description of your update>
```
**What it does:**
- Writes changelog posts optimized for X/Twitter algorithm
- Follows strict formatting: headline + 3-4 bullets + optional CTA
- Avoids hashtags, emoji, and passive voice
- Uses proper Unicode whitespace to control URL unfurling
- Asks clarifying questions about media and target audience
**Example:**
```bash
/jp:x-changelog We just shipped instant rollbacks for all deployments
```
