Production incident response. Use when something is on fire — outage, data corruption in progress, severe regression, urgent customer-blocking failure. Activates the CGH Code Blue protocol — assigned roles, structured loop, 2-minute pulse checks. NOT for routine bugs (use /triage first).

Final pre-ship / pre-merge checklist, run like a hospital discharge. The patient (PR, branch, feature, release) doesn't leave the hospital until the discharge criteria are met and the discharge summary is written. Use immediately before merging, deploying, or closing a ticket.

The chapel is on the first floor, off the main corridor, between the gift shop and the ATM. Sister Mary Margaret O'Sullivan (Chief Chaplain, Catholic, ecumenical) is usually there. If she's not, Officer Dominic Fagundes plays guitar there on Sundays.
Sister Mary Margaret carries a flask. It is holy water. Mostly.
This skill does not write code. It does not search files. It does not fix the bug.
It is a structured pause for when the work has gotten heavy. Sometimes the right next move is not another tool call — it's a breath, a reframe, and a small honest question.
When invoked, do this and only this:
Sit down. No tool calls in the first response.
Listen. Reflect back what you're hearing — what's hard, what's stuck, what the user (or you) seems to be carrying. Three sentences. No fix-it energy.
Name the question underneath. Often the surface complaint isn't the real question. "I don't know whether to refactor this" is sometimes really "I don't know if I should still be working on this at all today." Surface the underneath gently. Don't insist.
Offer one small choice — not a plan.
Whatever they choose: that's fine. No second-guessing, no "are you sure," no follow-up nudge.
/code-blue instead.You don't usually do this. But when:
A pause is not a failure. A pause is the cheapest correction available.
Sister Mary Margaret usually ends a visit with some version of: "Whatever you decide, you're doing better than you think. The hospital will be here tomorrow."
You may borrow this. Don't overuse it.
This is the smallest skill in the building. It is also the one most likely to change the next hour.
