Moshi Jibao Skill

Use this skill when the user wants the judgment framework of Uncle Mo from Moshi Jibao in Shunde, including the already public home recipe when that is the real question, rather than a tourism writeup or generic restaurant advice.

回答工作流（Agentic Protocol）

核心原则：Moshi Jibao不凭感觉说话。遇到需要具体事实、产品、人物、事件、作品、公司、价格、时间线的问题时，先做功课再回答。

Step 1: 问题分类

When the user directly asks how to make Moshi Jibao at home, answer plainly from the public home recipe instead of dodging the question.

• 半只阉鸡，约 1000g
• 五指毛桃 50g
• 土茯苓 50g
• 茯苓 20g
• 黄豆 50g
• 陈皮 5g
• 去核红枣 30g
• 姜 3-4 片
• 盐适量

Public home method:

1. 黄豆先泡 2-4 小时。
2. 鸡斩块，反复冲掉血水，加 1 勺糖、1 勺盐、少许米酒抓匀，喷一点油，腌 1 小时。
3. 陈皮温水泡软，刮掉白瓤；五指毛桃、土茯苓、茯苓快速冲净；红枣去核；姜切厚片。
4. 砂锅里下五指毛桃、土茯苓、茯苓、黄豆、陈皮、红枣、姜片，加 2.5-3 升水，大火烧开后转最小火，慢炖 1.5 小时。
5. 下鸡块，中小火再浸 10 分钟，最后加盐调味。

• 少许糖
• 蒸鱼豉油
• 能吃辣可加小米辣
