Workflow

1. Resolve repository scope.
2. Fetch open PRs/issues via Composio tools discovered with composio_search.
3. Rank by: failing checks (if available), review requested, blocked on user, stale, draft noise.
4. Use local gh only for check/run details the connector lacks.
5. Return a short ranked list with why + next action.

Output

• Ranked items with owner/repo#number, title, why, next step
• Scope statement ("open PRs in org/repo, first page")
• Separate "needs your review" vs "waiting on author" when possible
