# symbolic-memory
## Purpose
Provide a stateless symbolic memory workflow:
- Store facts + canonical semantics in PostgreSQL
- Expose references as symbols
- Activate meaning just-in-time (budgeted)
- Send only activated facts to the LLM (Ollama)
Rule:
Store semantics. Compute meaning. Never confuse the two.
