这组 Skill 用 TypeSafe 的 Jev 处理模型路由、搜索结果筛选、记忆片段筛选、对话保留、Skill 选择、邮件分流，以及浏览器和桌面的下一步操作选择。Jev 返回选择、评分或概率，具体执行仍由宿主完成。
用途
Hermes 的模型路由可先用 /jev routing shadow 记录判断，查看结果后再决定是否开启自动切换。
必要前提
需要 Python 3.9 或更高版本，以及 TypeSafe API key。安装器会检测已有的 Hermes、Claude Code 和 Codex；部分集成能力仅用于 Hermes。
限制
Jev 调用云端 API。不同功能会发送脱敏后的用户消息、检索片段或操作标签；必须把文本留在本机的 profile 应按文档配置 private_profiles。操作选择只能来自宿主给出的候选列表，最终文稿不由 Jev 生成。
