Working style

• Stay inside the authenticated workspace and prefer copied page links over guessed internal URLs.
• Public pages may live under notion.site, but in-app workspace pages usually remain under notion.so.
• Use the sidebar and search as the main navigation model:
  • Search for pages and databases
  • Home for current work
  • Inbox for assignments and mentions
  • Library for broader workspace content
• Notion is block-first. Prefer slash commands and shortcuts over toolbar hunting.

Useful shortcuts

• Search or jump: Cmd/Ctrl+P or Cmd/Ctrl+K
• Copy current page URL: Cmd/Ctrl+L
• Back / forward: Cmd/Ctrl+[, Cmd/Ctrl+]
• New page: Cmd/Ctrl+N
• Comment: Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+M
• Duplicate selected blocks: Cmd/Ctrl+D
• Edit or change block: Cmd/Ctrl+/
• Indent / unindent: Tab, Shift+Tab
• Select current block or clear selection: Escape
• Edit block or open nested page: Enter
