Render a single "where am I, what have I done, what's next" survey HTML page composing anchor cascade + tesseract shelf + git state + CHECKPOINT.md + TaskList. Read-only by design.
Use when a discrete task boundary is crossed in multi-step work — step completion, subagent dispatch return, Skill-tool invocation return, /proceed gate passed, test-run completion, or file-write to a durable artifact (spec, plan, SKILL.md). Do not substitute an in-place TaskList update for this skill.
TaskCreate / TaskUpdate / render the current TaskList in response to `/task-list` (with or without flags). The skill body executes immediately on the syntax — no permission-seeking, no echoing the list back as plain text.

/expert-review all with /cat, then fix using /super-tdd with /cat
The fix phase inherits the A/B TDD execution-mode axis defined in
skills/tdd-cat/SKILL.md: Mode A (split-phase: one RED/GREEN/REFACTOR
phase per subagent) vs Mode B (micro-cycle: full /tdd loop inside each
subagent). Ask it as the third question in /cat's combined pre-dispatch
AskUserQuestion — never default it silently.
