Issue Templates

The repo has three issue templates in .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/:

Template	When
bug_report.yaml	Reporting a bug with reproduction steps
feature_request.yaml	Proposing new functionality

Creating Issues

gh issue create --template bug_report.yaml
