Use this skill when the user asks to run the migrated source command forge-deprecate.
Run node contextkit/squads/agent-forge/cli/forge-admin.mjs deprecate $ARGUMENTS.
Marks the version as deprecated without deleting it. Clients can still consume the package; the marker tells them to migrate to the successor.
/new-adr "deprecate <agent>@<version>" with the migration path.metadata.superseded_by: <agent>@<new>.CHANGELOG.md.
