Fetch a Power BI Org App artifact envelope from the Power BI cluster. Use when the user provides an Org App ID and wants to migrate it into this template. Acquires an Azure CLI token, discovers the tenant's home cluster, and pulls the raw JSON envelope so org-app-parsing can extract the manifest.
Reference for the Power BI secure embed URL format used by this template. Read when debugging report iframes, when a report fails to load, or when adapting the embed for a non-default scenario.
Parse a Power BI Org App envelope returned by the org-app-fetch skill into the OrgAppManifest shape this template consumes. Use after org-app-fetch to extract the workspace ID, ordered `nav` (interleaved markdown content pages + recursive sections of reports, paginated reports, embedded + new-tab links), logo, and theme, then write src/config/orgAppManifest.ts.

Run after every migration as the final acceptance gate. Catches:

Must exit 0 and produce dist/.
pnpm lint
Should be clean. Non-blocking if only the org-app-* skills added unused imports — fix manually.

Read src/config/orgAppManifest.ts and confirm:
workspaceId is a non-empty GUIDorgAppId is a non-empty GUIDtenantId is a non-empty GUIDdisplayName is non-emptyreports.length > 0 (or warn user the Org App had no reports)reports[i].itemId is a GUIDtheme.background starts with # and is 7 charsSelect-String -Path src/global.css -Pattern "--color-app-background:" must show the value from the manifest, not the default Fabric blue (#0f6cbd) unless the source Org App genuinely had no theme.
