Tool Requirements

• Python 3.8+ (yaml), git with origin + upstream, GITCODE_TOKEN
• pylint, markdownlint (auto-install on first check if missing)

Core flow (standard)

feature branch → autogit commit … → autogit pr → (review) pr --to #N → optional squash

Pipelines (commit vs PR gates), lint hook ownership, interactive UT/ST and content-preview rules: read references/pipelines.md before running pr or non-tty commit.

AI orchestration + anti-patterns: references/orchestration.md.

Hard rules

• Show user commit msg / PR title / body before re-invoke with -m/--title/--body
• Ask UT/ST one at a time; never --ut skip --st skip unless user chose skip
• No silent force-push; squash/rebase create backup/<timestamp>
• No AI attribution trailers in commits
• STOP and ask before: force-push shared branches, delete others' remote branches, squash/amend others' PRs
