anti-slop：检查界面、文案与代码注释
以核心规则配合界面、文案、无障碍、响应式布局和代码注释等专用 Skill，帮助 Agent 删去泛化表达、空话和缺少依据的声明，并在交付前报告检查结果。页面的具体设计方向由项目自己的 DESIGN.md 提供。
用途
新建内容时使用 During 模式，边做边应用规则；已有内容使用 After 模式，先列问题，经确认后修复选定项，再做复查。
限制
它不规定统一视觉风格，也不会自行创造设计方向。antislop-code 只清理注释，保留可执行代码。
