Design Leadership Review

Use this skill when the question is not just "is the design good?" but "is the organization making the right design decision?"

This is a Praneet-specific hand-port enhancement. It adds a Chief Design Officer lens to the existing GStack design and GBrain reporting surface.

Workflow

1. Identify the decision:
   • product decision
   • design system decision
   • org or process decision
   • quality bar decision
   • research or ethics decision
2. Check design leadership dimensions:
   • principles in play
   • user and business tradeoffs
   • quality bar
   • critique culture
   • stakeholder alignment
   • resourcing and ownership
   • decision durability
3. Review the evidence:
   • design artifacts
   • research
   • accessibility evidence
   • responsible design risks
   • engineering constraints
4. Produce an executive recommendation:
   • decision
   • rationale
   • dissent or risks
   • what to revisit later
   • how the decision should be recorded
5. Save durable outputs through reports, capture, or outcome-memory.

Guardrails

• Do not substitute executive taste for user evidence.
• Do not flatten dissent when a decision has real tradeoffs.
• Escalate to responsible-design-review or accessibility-review when those concerns are material.
