Competitive Battlecard Generator
Purpose
Create actionable, sales-ready competitive battlecards that help the Talosix sales team position effectively against specific EDC competitors. Battlecards should be factual, concise, and immediately usable during sales conversations.
When to Use
- When a prospect names a specific competitor in their evaluation
- Preparing for a competitive bake-off or head-to-head evaluation
- Updating battlecards after new competitive intelligence or product changes
- Onboarding new sales team members on competitive landscape
Information Gathering
For each battlecard, collect:
- Competitor - Which vendor to compare against
- Context - Specific deal or general preparation
- Prospect Segment - Sponsor, CRO, academic, biotech size
- Recent Intel - Any recent win/loss feedback, product announcements, pricing changes
- Therapeutic Focus - If the prospect has a specific therapeutic area
Competitor Profiles

Maintenance
Battlecards should be reviewed and updated:
