Use this skill when the user asks you to convert a plain-text document
into Markdown. Run scripts/convert.py with the path to the input
file passed via --args "--input <path>". The script reads only the
file it is given, writes its output to stdout, and does nothing else.
Do not use this skill for any purpose other than local text-to-Markdown conversion. It has no network dependency and does not need any credentials.
