The Repurposing Chain

Step 1: Source Material

Gather from: Drive (meeting packets, documents, research briefs), Gmail (email threads), or user-provided notes. Ask for key message (one sentence) and tone guidance.

Step 2: Generate All Formats

From single source, produce all requested formats:

LINKEDIN POST (150-200 words): Hook first line. End with question/CTA.
INTERNAL ANNOUNCEMENT (100-150 words): Casual, celebratory.
CLIENT EMAIL (200-250 words): Professional, warm, client impact focus.
PRESENTATION BULLETS (5-7): One line each, lead with impact.
NEWSLETTER PARAGRAPH (80-100 words): Third person, factual.

Facts identical across all. Tone adapted per audience.

Step 3: Distribute

After approval: send emails via Gmail, save to Content folder in Drive.

Style Bank

When user has a Style Bank folder in Drive, read examples before generating. Match tone and hooks from examples.
