API Key Design

• Format: prefix_base62(32bytes) e.g. sk_live_AbCdEf...
• Store: hashed (SHA-256) in DB, never plaintext
• Headers: X-Api-Key: sk_live_... or Authorization: ApiKey sk_live_...
• Rotation: support concurrent old+new key for grace period
• Scopes: bind key to specific permissions at creation time
