Git version-control operations: commits, branches, diffs
## When to Activate
- Use **git** from an MCP-aware client
- Official Core tasks that git supports
- Register git via `claude mcp add` or `.mcp.json`
## Installation
git is an MCP server (stdio transport). Register it with Claude Code:

```
Or add to `.mcp.json`:
