rate-source-admiralty

Grades one source on the NATO Admiralty Code — a letter for source reliability (A–F) and a digit for information credibility (1–6), such as B2 — and returns the code with a one-sentence rationale. Use when a source behind a claim, citation or record needs a defensible trust grade rather than a gut feeling — "grade this source", "how reliable is this outlet?", "give it an Admiralty rating", "what is the A1–F6 for this?". Not for corroborating a claim across several sources (use `triangulate-sources`) or vetting an unfamiliar site laterally first (use `sift-source-check`).
