Files

• .github/copilot-instructions.md (high-level, Makefile-first)
• .github/instructions/*.instructions.md (stack-specific guidance)

Conventions

• Keep instructions short and actionable.
• Prefer conditional language ("Applies when...") so these files can coexist in mixed repos.
