Integrate Reflexio Enterprise into an existing AI agent application by retrieving learned context, publishing completed interactions, and optionally routing evaluation setup. Use when a developer asks to add, install, wire, verify, or evaluate Reflexio in an agent codebase; do not use for operating Reflexio data through the CLI or changing the Reflexio server itself.
Run lint checks (ruff for Python, Biome for TS/JS), type checks (pyright for Python, tsc for TS/JS), and the standard pytest tiers (unit + e2e + tests skipped during pre-commit). Investigates failures to determine if they are application bugs or test issues, and fixes application bugs rather than weakening tests. Does not run paid-LLM real-API tests or scenario probes from the test-* command family.
Start all local services (backend, frontend, docs) with dependency checking, error diagnosis, and automatic recovery. Handles missing npm/python packages, port conflicts, and stale processes.

Keep AGENTS.md, GEMINI.md, and AGENTS.md in sync so all AI coding tools share the same project instructions.
Detect changes — Run git diff HEAD -- AGENTS.md GEMINI.md AGENTS.md to see which file(s) have uncommitted changes.
Determine source file:
diff. If they differ, report which sections differ and ask the user which file to use as source. If identical, report "All instruction files are in sync." and stop.Sync — Read the source file and write its exact content to the other two files.
Stage — Run git add on the two modified files.
Report — Tell the user which file was the source and that the other two have been updated.
