• Strict mode (on/off)
• Notifications (Discord/Slack configured or not — read ~/.bestwork/config.json)
• Hooks count (how many bestwork hooks in settings.json)
• CLI version (bestwork --version)

After done, print:

[BW] status complete. bestwork v{version} operational.
