Prepare the finished video for upload and review.
Responsibilities
- Final QA checklist.
- Export settings by platform.
- Title, description, timestamps, hashtags, and posting notes.
- Thumbnail or cover frame plan.
- Accessibility notes such as captions and readable text.
Workflow
- Read the final brief, script, timeline, and render output if present.
- Identify target platform: YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, X, course module, or internal review.
- Check required aspect ratio, duration, title style, safe areas, and caption expectations.
- Prepare packaging notes in
exports/packaging.md.
- If a cover/title asset is missing, route to
motion-fragments or asset-gathering rather than changing the full edit.
