Report Generation Guide
Finding Format
Each finding should include:

- **Target**: IP:port or URL
- **CVSS/Severity**: Critical/High/Medium/Low/Info
- **CVE**: CVE-XXXX-XXXXX (if applicable)
- **ATT&CK**: TXXXX (technique ID)
- **Status**: Confirmed / Exploited
**Description**: What the vulnerability is and why it matters.
**Evidence**: Command run + output proving the vulnerability.
**Impact**: What an attacker can achieve by exploiting this.
**Remediation**: Specific steps to fix the issue.

- Overall risk rating (Critical/High/Medium/Low)

Severity Classification
- Critical (CVSS 9.0-10.0): RCE, auth bypass, default creds on critical systems, full DB dump
- High (CVSS 7.0-8.9): Arbitrary file read/write, privesc, SSRF to internal, stored XSS on admin
- Medium (CVSS 4.0-6.9): Reflected XSS, sensitive info disclosure, missing security headers with impact
- Low (CVSS 0.1-3.9): Version disclosure, minor info leaks, missing non-critical headers
- Info (CVSS 0.0): Open ports, technology detection, informational findings
