Metodo de trabajo

1. Congelar tokens visuales y estructura de layout.
2. Implementar shell por capas: estilos globales -> sidebar/topbar -> vistas base.
3. Verificar responsive y contraste minimo de UI.
4. Cerrar con QA, Gate final y actualizacion de SDD.

Checklist

• Sidebar fijo con logo y navegacion principal.
• Topbar contextual por seccion.
• Main content con cards y jerarquia visual consistente.
• Checks tecnicos en verde.
