Each bookmark should identify the resource, its purpose, useful use cases, and its URL. Use topical tags such as product category, technology, or domain; avoid generic tags such as link or website.
Do not classify every URL as a bookmark. Articles, papers, tutorials, and knowledge content belong to notes. Deduplicate bookmarks using normalized URLs and stable resource names.
