Analyzes workflow documents, pasted text, URLs, or repository processes; extracts reusable entities, verbs, boundaries, gates, artifacts, failure paths, and variables; inspects actual repository capabilities; then compares three to five normalized, scored integration flows with validation and rollback before stopping for approval. Use to understand, map, compare, or integrate a workflow design. Do not modify files or external systems before the user selects a flow, and do not assume a language, tracker, provider, or fixed number of variants unless its optional profile is selected.
Creates, audits, and safely updates canonical repository instructions, thin provider shims, human-facing README content, and optional llms.txt indexes. Uses repository evidence, managed regions, deterministic validation, a shown diff, and explicit approval before writes. Use for AGENTS.md maintenance, agent-ready repository setup, instruction drift, nested instruction scopes, or provider shim alignment. Do not overwrite human-authored content, duplicate shared policy into provider files, or create llms.txt without a docs site.
Plans and initializes a new software project through one-question-at-a-time discovery, current primary-source research, explicit recommendations and trade-offs, selected host and assistant profiles, an approved file manifest, and deterministic verification. Use for a new project, repository plan, scaffold, codebase initialization, or stack-selection request. Do not use to repair an established project, create unselected provider folders, or write files before the user approves both the plan and exact file list.

Validate canonical packages before they enter a provider projection.
skills/ directory.uv run polymind validate skills.scripts/verify before reporting completion.Treat unknown capabilities, path escapes, and provider-specific permission fields as failures. Report projection drift as not applicable until the projection compiler exists.
