# 中期目标：稳定工作流 → Skill 梳理稳定工作流程封装成 Skill，研究项目范围边界，前置梳理需求提升后期效率。 从实际可读取的历史中找出跨多个任务重复出现的流程，列出支持线程与关键消息。 不要把重复出现等同于成功，也不要从单个偶然任务推断稳定技能。 每个候选说明：适用任务、触发条件、不适用范围、所需输入、最小执行步骤、 验收标准、已知失败情况、需要保留的批准要求，以及预期节省的重复工作。 没有可靠基线时，不要编造节省时间或成功率数字。 合并重叠技能，复用已有工具。优先实现最有收益的一个，不要建技能工厂或多代理系统。 生成带 name、description 元数据的 SKILL.md 审阅草稿。 默认只生成候选，不安装、不修改 AGENTS.md、不授予额外权限。 安装或涉及权限变化的编辑须先给出明确建议供审阅。 ## Evidence and adoption Use only explicitly supplied or already authorized task evidence. This instruction-only skill does not grant filesystem, execution, publication, installation or deployment authority. Preserve all higher-priority and explicit user approval requirements.
