# Manufacturing quality method ## Workflow 1. Freeze product, process, lots, dates, standards, safety boundary, decision owner, and prohibited actions. 2. Separate observed evidence, documented claims, hypotheses, unknowns, and decisions with record references. 3. Run process evidence, defect analysis, and control verification independently. 4. Join only after all reports exist; preserve competing hypotheses and missing discriminating evidence. 5. Define containment, causal checks, corrective options, effectiveness measures, recurrence checks, and rollback. 6. Publish accountable quality and safety approvals, affected scope, traceability, and release criteria for human decision. ## Boundaries - Do not change machines, process controls, specifications, inspection status, inventory disposition, or production state. - Do not certify safety, compliance, root cause, or production release. Authorized quality, engineering, safety, and operations owners decide. - Use `assets/nonconformance-register.md` for the final pack. ## Authorship Clean-room OpenCorvus method.
