post-call

One call in, one reviewed document out. The document holds a structured CallFacts block (what was agreed, by whom, by when), a short recap you can paste into a chat, and a one-page scope with the price deliberately left as a placeholder. Nothing is sent and no external system is touched; the review is yours.

Sibling split: prep-call runs before the call, client-context shows where a client stands, sync-call-state writes the outcome into the client's log after you approve it. This skill only reads a transcript and writes clients/<client-name>/post-call-<date>.md.

When to use

• A call just ended and its transcript exists as text (a .txt / .md file, or a Wispr Flow meeting when the wispr-flow MCP server is connected).
• You want the recap and the scope drafted from what was actually said, with every commitment traceable to a line in the transcript.
• You want a CallFacts block that sync-call-state can later turn into a state entry.

When NOT to use

• Before a call: prep-call builds the cheatsheet.
• To see the current stage, open threads and last contact: client-context.
• To update state.md and the stage line after review: sync-call-state.
• With an audio file: this skill reads text only and stops on .m4a, .mp3, .wav and similar. Transcribe first (Wispr Flow does this for its own meetings).

Workflow

Step 0: chat mode (hosts without file access)

On a host that cannot read or write files (Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Grok, Manus, Gemini Spark, or Claude Desktop without a filesystem MCP), run in chat mode: ask for the transcript pasted in chat plus the client's name and language (Hebrew by default). Skip Steps 1, 2 and 5. Run Steps 3, 4 and 6 on the pasted text and print the complete review doc in chat, headed DRAFTS ONLY and chat mode: nothing was written, for the user to save as clients/NAME/post-call-DATE.md. Nothing is sent in either mode.

Step 1: resolve the client and the language

Read clients/<client-name>/profile.md. A missing folder is an error: print cp -r fixtures/clients/_template clients/<client-name> and stop. Output language is profile.language ( default), then the language of the newest , then the transcript's dominant language. Output: client folder path, (from , else today), language.
