Playwright、playwright install chromium 和独立 Chromium 不是依赖。浏览器能力由 ZCode
内置 Browser Use 提供，版本不支持时应升级 ZCode，不要在插件环境里补装浏览器。
--fix 只处理用户态、幂等项（Python 包和 node_modules 预热）。ffmpeg/Node 属于系统级，
只报告要求和脚本给出的示例命令，让用户选择安装方式。[未探测] 先修前置后重跑；· 是本平台不适用。.v2c/env_report.json 为回执。不要用 Playwright 兜底浏览器能力；不要因为缺 cv2 就临时改用另一套抽帧链。缺少 ffmpeg 时内置 浏览器仍能录出 WebM，但 url2video 的 webm→mp4 转码这步会卡住 —— ffmpeg 属于必装项，别把它 当成可跳过的可选后处理。
