## Overview
Use this stage only after the paper has passed internal review.
## Workflow
1. Confirm the paper matches the target template and page budget.
2. Verify references are real, relevant, and traceable to source identifiers.
3. Archive plans, decisions, and reproducibility notes.
4. Run claim-vs-result checks before final export.
5. Export the final paper package without changing the scientific content at the last minute.
