How

• Hands up by the head: RightUpperArm:[40,0,45], LeftUpperArm:[40,0,-45], RightForearm:[0,0,100], LeftForearm:[0,0,-100].
• Index + middle extended, ring/pinky/thumb curled.
• Quote by curling the upper segments of index+middle (*Index2/3, *Middle2/3 to ~45) and releasing, looped twice.
