tree-pose

Balance on one leg, draw the other foot up against the inner thigh (knee out to the side), and press the palms together overhead. A held pose; lean a touch over the support side for balance.

How

• Lifted (right) foot to inner thigh: knee out and bent (RightUpLeg:[30,0,-110],RightLeg:[120,0,0]); support (left) leg at rest.
• Hands overhead together: LeftUpperArm:[0,0,-90],RightUpperArm:[0,0,90].
• Small lean to the planted side: Spine:[0,0,-6]. root.y:-0.05.
