Mascot Delivery Review
Review actual pixels at useful resolution before delivery.
Input contract
Require generated A/B/C image paths, prompts, dimensions, art-direction records
and anatomy plans.
QA contract
For each image verify:
- output is the expected A/B/C full-body candidate and square format;
- complete intended subject, crop and safety margins;
- expected limb and appendage counts;
- one unmistakable attachment root for each tail, wing, ear, horn or similar
structure;
- plausible joints, no fused parts, no duplicate body parts and no overlap that
reads as an extra part;
- readable stable standing, a visible support structure, and a separately
readable manipulation appendage with an articulated, opposing or enclosing
grasping mechanism; bare rigid spikes or decorative claws alone do not pass;
- truthful
standing_readable, manipulation_readable and
scene_capability_visible QA conclusions;
- front-primary presentation with both support and manipulation sides visible;
upright self-supported posture with the declared non-human support topology, coherent all-body surface treatment, and either no
tail or one rooted, proportionate tail;
- truthful
front_presentation_readable, upright_standing_readable,
surface_treatment_coherent and tail_coherent QA conclusions;
- truthful
subject_class_readable, artistry_coherent and
recognition_readable_at_thumbnail QA conclusions: subject class remains legible,
form/surface craft is integral rather than decoration, and silhouette plus surface anchors survive thumbnail or grayscale inspection;
- truthful
human_figure_absent and nonhuman_support_readable QA conclusions:
no person or human head-torso-two-arms-two-legs skeleton, and a flipper, body base,
tentacle, tail base or other declared non-foot support reads as stable;
- requested identity, silhouette, signature feature and medium remain coherent;
- forbidden props, text, logo, watermark and extra subjects are absent.
Reject and return only a failing candidate image to the renderer. Never excuse
an anatomy error as creative stylization.
Delivery contract
Only show candidates after their actual pixels pass QA. Show approved images
first with short captions. Then include the complete guided revision footer produced by
../mascot-design-director/scripts/design_director.py::build_post_delivery_message.
Pass the first existing studio root to that helper: ../.. in the source
monorepo, or ../mascot-ip-studio when this node is installed as a top-level
Skill. Never resolve galleries relative to the user's target project.
It must help a non-professional comment on shape, proportion, face/personality,
color, rendering/material and keep/remove choices; allow combining directions
or asking for a new direction; provide a copyable reply; and display clickable
absolute links to both the DG form gallery and MS rendering gallery. Immediately
after the three feedback paths, explicitly tell users who do not know how to
revise that they can browse the two libraries for visual cues and reply with
only a DG/MS code or a vague preference. Do not bury this guidance at the end.
An A/B/C choice alone is not final and must leave the revision round open. Only
an explicit final confirmation paired with a candidate, such as “满意 A”,
“A 就这个” or “C 定稿”, may deliver exactly one QA-approved image at
<target-project-root>/assets/mascot-ip/mascot.png. This target path is inside
the project/account/folder being designed, never inside the installed Skill.
Do not call anything a master or prototype, and do not deliver anchor images,
three-view sheets or derivative assets.
