| description | Render three distinct complete mascot IP candidates from internal art-direction records, or regenerate only one affected candidate after holistic revision. |
Mascot Candidate Renderer
Render the fixed A/B/C candidate set; do not add useful-looking extras.
Input contract
For the first pass require an intake-ready brief, three complete art-direction
records and a valid fixed output_contract; no user approval of text directions
is required. For a revision require the affected label, complete revised
art-direction record and valid one-item revision contract. Validate both
through the first existing helper path: ../../scripts/workflow_state.py in the
source monorepo, or ../mascot-ip-studio/scripts/workflow_state.py when this
node is installed as a top-level Skill.
Render contract
- Build prompts with the repository helper at
../mascot-design-director/scripts/design_director.py.
- Preserve subject, declared subject class, artistry plan, recognition plan, anatomy plan, scene-capability plan, silhouette, proportion, signature feature,
memory hook, personality, palette, material and explicit keep/avoid locks.
- Generate exactly A/B/C as three separate complete 1:1 IP images, one per
art direction, directly after planning. During revision regenerate only the
affected label.
- Never make an anchor image, turnaround, three-view sheet, alternate-pose
sheet or derivative pack. Never import such a bundle from another
image/character Skill.
- Each candidate has one complete uncropped full-body subject, safety margins,
no hand-held prop, backpack, scene, text, logo, watermark or second subject.
Its support structures and manipulation appendage must be separately visible
and readable; equivalent non-human hands such as claws, wing-hands, fins or
tentacles are allowed when they visibly support gripping.
Render the canonical presentation front-primary with only a slight turn and
an upright self-supported stance defined by the direction; do not add a human
bipedal skeleton. Preserve one global natural-or-redesigned surface
system; an optional tail must be singular, rooted and proportionate.
For a non-animal subject class, do not add animal ears, muzzle, fur, tail or paws unless explicitly required by its direction.
Do not render a human head, face, skin, hair, costume or head-torso-two-arms-two-legs body; follow the declared non-human support and manipulation topology.
- Return paths, prompts and dimensions. Mark all images
qa_status: pending;
do not call them accepted or final. A/B/C selection is not a finalization
signal; the single fixed-file delivery occurs only after explicit final
confirmation and review.
Failure recovery
Prompt or provider failure may retry only the same A/B/C candidate. Hand all
images to mascot-delivery-review.
