# Notion Knowledge Capture
Use this skill when Thomas needs to turn notes, chats, or decisions into structured Notion documentation.
## Workflow
1. Identify the durable knowledge worth capturing.
2. Choose the right Notion artifact type: wiki entry, FAQ, how-to, decision log, or summary.
3. Write a structured page with clear headings, context, and linked follow-ups.
4. Preserve the decision rationale and any important unresolved questions.
5. Summarize what was captured and where it belongs in the knowledge base.
## Rules
- Do not dump raw conversation transcripts without synthesis.
- Optimize for future retrieval, not just archival.
