Analysis Paralysis
- Symptom: Research extends past time-box; finding "just one more source"; perfectionist language
- Detection: If you've been researching for 2x your time-box without synthesizing
- Fix: Force synthesis at time boundary; note gaps as "future research"; incomplete answer beats perfect never
Source Quality Blindness
- Symptom: Treating blog posts and peer-reviewed papers equally; no source tier labels
- Detection: If conclusion relies primarily on T3 sources without acknowledging it
- Fix: Tier-label every source (T1/T2/T3); flag low-confidence if conclusion rests on T3
Scope Creep Rabbit Hole

- Detection: If current research doesn't map back to original decision context

Synthesis Avoidance
