Key Principles (Quick Reference)
- Goal-First - Define success before starting
- Hypothesis Plurality - NEVER just one idea (minimum 3)
- Minimum Viable Experiments - Smallest test that teaches
- Falsifiability - Experiments must be able to fail
- Measure What Matters - Only goal-relevant data
