# Thermo-Nuclear Code Quality Review
Perform a strict maintainability review of the current branch changes. Focus on
structure, clarity, boundaries, and whether the implementation made the codebase
easier or harder to work in.
## Review Priorities
1. Structural regressions and misplaced responsibilities.
2. Sprawling files, functions, or components.
3. Special-case conditionals added to unrelated flows.
4. Thin abstractions that hide simple logic without improving it.
5. Type or boundary looseness that obscures real invariants.
6. Duplicate logic where a small helper or existing utility would be clearer.
7. Verification gaps that matter for the changed behavior.
## Approval Bar
Do not approve just because tests pass. The diff should have:
- no clear structural regression;
- no obvious simpler shape left on the table;
- no accidental complexity or unrelated churn;
- no hidden secrets or environment-specific assumptions;
- verification appropriate to the change's risk.
## Output
Lead with findings. Use file and line references when possible. If there are no
findings, say that clearly and list remaining verification risk.
