The diff should have: - no clear structural regression; - no obvious simpler shape left on the table; - no accidental complexity or unrelated churn; - no hidden secrets or environment-specific assumptions; - verification appropriate to the change's risk. ## Output Lead with findings. Use file and line references when possible. If there are no findings, say that clearly and list remaining verification risk.
