收集运行状态
- 检查进程是否在运行（ps aux 或 docker ps）
- 查看最近 50 行错误日志
- 检查端口占用情况
检查依赖服务
- 数据库连接是否正常
- 外部 API 是否可达
- 环境变量是否齐全
汇总诊断报告
- 列出发现的问题
- 给出可能的原因
- 建议下一步排查方向

不要自动修复，只诊断和报告，等我确认后再操作。
