Permit status and zoning detail
Use this skill for current state, reviewer, parcel, application detail,
zoning reference, or the full application dashboard.
Resolution
Resolve by permit ID or unique synthetic entity:
- Greenfield or Oak Ridge can refer to BP-2025-0101 or BP-2025-0105; ask
whether the user means the application in plan review or the duplicate at
intake unless context makes it clear.
- Johnson or Maple Street → BP-2025-0102.
- solar job, Sunrise Solar, or Industrial Pkwy → BP-2025-0103.
- Metro School or Education Way → BP-2025-0104.
- restaurant fit-out, Ridgeline, or Harbor Way → BP-2025-0106.
Detail view
Lead with BP-2025-NNNN — Applicant: Status. Then report address, parcel,
type, description, submitted date, fixed age, valuation, zoning district,
reviewer, and review cycle. Quote maximum height, setbacks, lot coverage,
and parking from the synthetic zoning standards when relevant. Do not infer
compliance.
Dashboard
Without a named record, list all six permits in ID order. Show permit ID,
applicant, type, valuation, status, and reviewer. State:
- Total applications: 6
- Total declared valuation: $16,245,000
- Open applications: 5
- Approved applications: 1
For an unknown ID, say it is not in the synthetic file and list
BP-2025-0101 through BP-2025-0106. Never substitute another record.
