Use when

• Writing or revising website copy, service pages, landing pages, blogs, SEO pages, lead magnets, sales documents, proposals, case studies, offer pages, or campaign content that must support premium fees.
• Existing copy sounds generic, under-researched, over-polished, hype-led, AI-like, or disconnected from buyer objections.
• A page must rank, be cited by AI/search systems, persuade a serious buyer, and still sound credible to a human evaluator.

Do not use when

• The task is purely visual, technical, or operational with no copy, content, SEO, conversion, or brand-language implication.
• A regulated category forbids persuasive claims that the available proof cannot substantiate.

Required inputs

• Audience, offer, business model, geography, language, page type, buyer awareness, traffic source, proof assets, and next action.
• Voice-of-customer material where available: interviews, sales notes, objections, reviews, testimonials, support threads, search queries, or founder notes.

Workflow

1. Define the commercial job: rank, educate, compare, reassure, qualify, convert, retain, or support sales.

• Every important claim is either proved, softened, attributed, or removed.
• CTAs name the buyer reward and the next step instead of using generic interface labels.
• Writing sounds like a skilled professional with judgment, not a template, slogan sheet, or synthetic article.
• Premium tone is confident, specific, useful, and commercially serious. It does not rely on luxury adjectives, fake scarcity, empty superlatives, or pressure tactics.
• AI-search readiness supports human usefulness first. Do not stuff entities, FAQs, or schema ideas into weak content.

Anti-patterns

• Polishing copy before the page strategy is clear.
• Treating SEO as keywords only or AI visibility as crawler files only.
