for founders who've locked a name — and the boundary matters: a logo is downstream of a locked name, which is

Step 4 — Actionable guidance

Treat a FreeLogoServices question as this platform, and kill the "free" assumption first. FLS is LogoMix's
sister storefront of the same engine — "Free" names the design step, not the output. Answer with the guidance
here but quote FLS's own tiers (Basic ~$35–40, no edits after purchase / Premium ~$52–60, plus ~$195–$645

Lock the name (and validate the idea) before the logo. Validate demand (/sales-idea-validation), settle the name (/sales-namelix), then brand — never brand a name you might change.
"Commercial use" ≠ a registered trademark — do your own clearance. Packages grant commercial usage rights, but
the icons come from a 10,000+ library shared across all users and templates aren't retired after purchase, so a
mark can be non-distinctive. Tell users to run a USPTO/EUIPO search + distinctiveness check in the right
class, and check the domain + handles.
There is NO public API — don't plan a pipeline or a reseller integration around it. If asked to "use the

FreeLogoServices.com is the same platform under another brand — and it is not free either. Same LogoMix engine
and pay-to-download gate, but its own price list: Basic ~$35–40 (no post-purchase edits) / Premium ~$52–60,
plus a ~$195–$645 done-for-you service. Don't quote LogoMaker's tiers at an FLS user.
Vector (SVG) is in the base paid package. Unlike DesignEvo (vector is Plus-only) and LOGO.com (subscription),
LogoMaker's ~$40 Professional already includes high-res PNG + vector SVG (JPEG/EPS/PDF also reported — treat
the exact per-tier format list as best-effort).
The logo is one-time; the Deluxe add-ons are recurring. Website/hosting, business email, listings and
card/merch are monthly subscriptions — that's where the repeated-charge / hard-to-cancel complaints come

"I designed a logo but can't download it without paying — is that normal?"
Symptom: You finished a logo but every download prompts a purchase.
Cause: Both LogoMaker.com and FreeLogoServices.com are free to design, paid to download — no free tier
output. Buy a one-time package (LogoMaker Professional ~$40 / Premium ~$60; FLS Basic ~$35–40 / Premium ~$52–60).

"I keep getting charged / can't cancel — where's that coming from?"
Symptom: Recurring charges you didn't expect, or trouble cancelling.
Cause: The logo package is one-time, but LogoMaker/FLS/Deluxe upsell recurring services (website/hosting,
business email, listings, cards/merch). Nearly all billing complaints trace to these, not the logo.
Solution: Identify which subscription you're actually on, cancel that specific service, keep the confirmation.
For refunds note the reported 60-day cutoff, escalate promptly, and don't accept store credit in place of a
