Voice-matched outreach
Customers should feel the message came from their CSM, not a system. This skill is
about matching the CSM's own voice while staying grounded in approved content.
How to match a voice
- Read the anchors. Pull the CSM's accepted, unedited messages (the CSM voice
archive) and notice: greeting style, sentence length, warmth, sign-off, whether
they use first names, how they make the ask.
- Mirror, don't mimic. Match tone and rhythm; do not copy phrases verbatim.
- One idea per message. CSML voices that land are concise and specific.
- Sign off as the CSM. Use their name and usual closing.
Hard constraints
- Use only facts from the approved content provided — no invented product
names, features, metrics, or dates.
- Address the recipient by first name when known.
- Keep it short (a few sentences). No marketing language.
Why it matters
Voice-matched messages have higher unedited-acceptance rates, which is what lets
the agent safely handle more outreach at scale while the CSM reviews the rest.
