用户希望系统在某个时间点主动通知一次时调用（不追踪是否完成）。如："下午 3 点提醒我开会"、"明早 7 点叫我"。

一次性待办 — 需要被追踪催促直到完成，但做完就结束不会再来的事（如买猫粮、约牙医、查资料）。用户回报完成某事且不属于活跃习惯时也走这里。
