How (right hand; mirror to Left by negating the Z values)

• Raise the arm and bend the elbow so the hand is up near head height: RightUpperArm:[20,0,60], RightForearm:[0,0,110].
• Open, extended fingers (flat hand), thumb out (RightThumb1:[0,0,40]).
