An easy jogging cadence that stays put — gentler than run-in-place. A looping sequence of alternating, moderate knee lifts (NO moveTo).

How

• Use a sequence with loop:true. Alternate moderate knee raises (UpLeg:[55,0,0],Leg:[80,0,0]) with the other leg at rest.
• Relaxed bent arms (RightForearm:[0,0,75], LeftForearm:[0,0,-75]).
• durationMs ~800–1000 per cycle. No moveTo.
